Side Slide Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Side Slide collects no data. It doesn't ask for your name, email or an account, it has no ads, analytics or purchases, and it has no server of its own. Leaderboards go through Apple and Google.
Side Slide is made by Ethan Gottlieb ("I" and "me" below). This policy covers the Side Slide app for iPhone, iPad and Android, version 2.1 and later.
Game Center and Google Play Games
If you're signed in to Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games (Google), the game reports how many levels you've completed, and how many with gold, to their leaderboards. Apple and Google handle that under their own privacy policies: Apple, Google.
Ratings
The game may show the App Store's or Google Play's own rating dialog. Your rating or review goes to Apple or Google, not to the game.
On your device
Your progress, ball skins and settings are saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Contact Support
Contact Support in Settings opens an email to me with the app's name and version. What you write, and your email address, reach me only if you send it, and I use them only to reply.
Children
Side Slide is suitable for all ages and doesn't collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If the game starts collecting anything, I'll update this page and its effective date first.
